To start with...

.... 'we' are four; a family, living on an island.

I am the mummy, the 'wife' (not quite tho), the home-maker, the writer, the artist.

Pro-Dad, is my ever enduring partner in parenthood and reluctant but knowing love of my life.

Wonderchild is our son - almost three years old (as of Nov '12). He is indeed a wonder - wonderful of course, makes us wonder a lot - about our sanity, parenting skills and quite where he came from... and he does himself wonder about many things with intelligence, vocabulary and compassion far greater than his years. These together with big feelings and enormous energy he is a huge presence in our home and he is a magnet for love and adoration of others. I could write for hours about our Wonderchild... he blazes in my heart and mind constantly.

Little Belle is our daughter (8 months as of now). She is growing so fast (dont you notice it so much more with your second?) She is a happy, joyful and beautiful girl with so much hair and big blue mischievous (heartbreakig as a teen Im sure of it) eyes. She likes simple things; smiles, cuddles and things to hold, and she loves her brother - especially when he laughs. She brightens up the room and our lives.

We are a close, quiet, and blessed family, and we are living, the best way we know how. :)
